Anger: Why Holding Onto It Can Be Good
Anger…who doesn’t feel this emotion right!?
I bet you hear people telling you it’s not a good idea to hold on to anger right?
They say you can never really move on in life if you still have anger inside of you from the past.
Well you know what I say?
F… that! How can you not still feel anger. It’s a normal human emotion. We can’t always walk around like life is always sunshine and rainbows.
Ok now before you start snapping on people and turn mean on me, let me explain how we can channel this human emotion into something useful.

Because instead of having a negative reaction to the anger, we can actually use it to our advantage and move ourselves further in life with it.
-I don’t know about you, but how many of you have ever been wronged by someone you love or trusted.
- Or maybe there are people that didn’t believe in you and doubted you.
-Then there are the haters. Always hating on you because they have their own issues and insecurities.
You’re reaction to the anger felt and how you use it will determine whether your life goes in a good direction or bad one.
You can decide right now how to use it:
1) Try to push it to the side and forget, even though it’s almost impossible to.
2) Let it become a negative and self-sabotage yourself
Or
3) Use it as the fuel to ignite a fire within you to burn down debilitating bridges of the past that are holding you back from reaching your full potential.
It’s time to channel that anger into a burning desire to conquer an obstacle or goal you desire! Whether it’s fitness related, career or life.

You don’t think I’m gonna make it? I’ll show you!
I’m just the fat kid? I’m gonna push out a few more reps just when I think I’m done. Look at me now!
You think I’m too old? I’ll put my age to the test and show you I can accomplish anything at any age!
If any of this resonates with you. Use it towards your advantage and take yourself further in life with that fire inside. Don’t let it become a negative and debilitating feeling.
Use the anger you feel to your advantage and allow it to push yourself further.
Do this to point where you can actually be thankful for the people that have angered you in the past. Because they are the ones that help ignite the fire that rages greatness in you.
Do me a favor and comment below how you will use any anger of the past to push yourself further. I’d love to hear!
